Part 1: I Chose Me, and I'm so Much Better For It

"I Choose Me." Those are some powerful words.  And also difficult words, for many women.  Why is that?  Why is it that we, as women, often have a hard time putting ourselves first?  Is it because we are so used to playing the role of caregiver?
