I know what it's like to be pulled in a million different directions and feel like a frazzled chicken on it's last leg-- all the while being expected to be superman (or superwoman/person/whatever).  And I also know all the mumbo jumbo self-care talk sometimes just makes you feel worse because any down time that you have feels like it should be used to do something more "productive" than taking care of yourself.  That's why I created this fun list of 5 things you can do in 5 minutes or less for yourself without the guilt.  Because at the end of the day, if you don't have a little fun and take care of yourself a bit, how can you do all those awesome (and IMPORTANT) things you are meant to do in your life??

"When I started the 6-month coaching program, I was two kids and 4.5 years into a failed effort of trying to get "me" back.  Before kids, "me" was a healthy, fit, mentally sharp and self assured woman.
