Perimeno-WHAT?

       Group Coaching Program

What is group coaching? In a group program, you, along with others, meet together virtually with your health coach.  You likely will have similar goals to others in the group, and we will discuss specific topics and issues surrounding these goals to move forward towards transformation.

There are many benefits of a group coaching program including:

  • Shared accountability and motivation from all group members rather than just from one coach
  • Learning from others' experiences as well as from your own
  • Listening to the coaching that others in similar situations or with similar issues receive and being able to apply that to your own situation
  • Lower cost than a one-on-one program

Peri-meno WHAT? Group Coaching Program

A 5 week program to learn all about Perimenopause and steps to Feel AMAZING through it (not just get by and hope for the best)!

Group program runs Oct. 16 - Nov. 13th, weekly calls (via zoom)

You’ve heard the term, you know your body isn’t exactly the same as it was in your 20s and early 30s, but you don’t exactly know if this is “normal” or “what’s to be expected” because you are getting older.  Even if it is expected… You don’t want to just settle for “it is what it is!”

Yes, every female starts to go through a reproductive and hormonal transition at some point in their lives.  But did you know that for some, perimenopause can start as early as your 30s?  Did you also know that it can last up to a DECADE or more before you go through menopause?  I don’t know about you, but I know that I refuse to feel like crap for a decade+ of my life.

This group is focused on teaching you all about the menopausal transition including:

  • What is perimenopause and how do I know if I’m in it?
  • What lifestyle interventions and everyday actions can I take to make a real difference in how I feel (for the better)?
  • What is hormone replacement therapy? What about the risk of breast cancer from hormone therapy? What did the Women’s Health Initiative really teach us?
  • What providers can I talk to who are knowledgeable about this transition? (newsflash - most current doctors do not specialize or study more than a couple hours in med school about menopause and this transition - even your OBGYN)
  • Is there certain bloodwork or other testing that could give me more information? What can I ask my doctor about?
  • Are supplements worth it? How do I know what’s actually good vs. what’s garbage or  just marketing gimmicks?

This Group will take part in weekly calls to learn everything about Perimenopause AND what to do about it to make yourself feel as good as possible through this time of life.  If you are sick of feeling blah, or tired of being told this is just how it is, then don’t settle!  You can feel better!!

Are you experiencing any of the following?

  • Interrupted sleep - waking up multiple times or having a hard time falling asleep/staying asleep
  • Carrying excess weight around your midsection that came on out of no where
  • Can’t think straight and feel like you have brain fog…sometimes major brain fog
  • Wake up still feeling tired in the morning
  • Fatigue throughout points of the day
  • Worsened moods or irritability
  • Changes to your skin and hair
  • Can’t enjoy that glass of wine without paying for it either with bad sleep, hot flashes at night, or both
  • Aches and pains in your joints and body that you didn’t used to feel
  • Changes to your menstrual cycle
  • Very low (or non-existent) libido
  • Other unexplained symptoms, and doctors who are telling you that you are “fine” and this is “just part of aging”

If so, it’s probably time to learn what the heck might be going on with your hormones  - and what you can do about it.

What you’ll get with the Perimeno-What? Group Program:

  • 5 live weekly calls packed with information about all of the above
  • Real application and daily steps of what you can do to feel better
  • Recipes and weekly handouts to refer back to

Bonus give away:

A 20 minute strategy session at the end of the program (1-1 with me) for an even more tailored approach to your next steps (because sidenote: every woman experiences perimenopause differently and this is an opportunity for more support if you need it) ($95 value, for free)
