Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • Unsweetened almond milk - 1 cup
  • Pumpkin puree - 2 Tbsp
  • Vanilla Protein Powder - 1 serving (my favorite is SunWarrior Vegan Vanilla)
  • Almond butter - 1 Tbsp
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon - 1-2 tsp
  • Vanilla Extract - 1/2 tsp
  • Ice - 4 cubes

Directions

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and consistency to your liking.  If you like your drinks thicker, add more ice.


Nutrition Info: 5g net carbs, (11g carbohydrates and 6g fiber), 12g fat, 30g protein (depending on your protein powder), 2g sugar.

Notes

You can store the unused pumpkin puree in an airtight container in your fridge for about 5 days.
