1) In small saucepan over medium heat, add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, syrup, vanilla extract and milk. Whisk constantly until mixture begins to steam.
2) Remove from heat and pour into a blender. Blend for about 15 seconds until frothy.
3) Meanwhile, brew coffee.
4) Divide coffee and milk mixture between two mugs. Top with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice!
