Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt
  • 4 oz fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds, hulled
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey to drizzle over (optional)

Directions

Place greek yogurt in bowl, layer remaining ingredients over. Enjoy!
