2 scoops protein powder of your choice
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup frozen peaches (or fresh if in season -- summer)
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 banana
2 cups kale
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
This is an amazingly refreshing smoothie for any time of day, but I prefer it in the morning. Gives me a kickstart of energy, fill of protein, and has a fresh and sweet taste.
