Overnight Oats

Ingredients

- 1/2 C rolled oats

- 1 C Almond milk or milk of choice

- 1/2 mashed banana

- 1 TBS chia seeds

- 1 TBS almond or peanut butter (optional)

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients.  Once well mixed, add tablespoon of nut butter (don't worry if it doesn't completely mix in).  Refrigerate overnight.  Enjoy in the morning!

Note: I like to warm mine up for a bit in the morning before eating (I always prefer hot breakfast to cold)!
